We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

3. Within 14 days if we do not note contraindications * we send you information about accepting the return of a product and to a specified account number will be made refund.

* Please note that we cannot accept returns on defective product.

COMPLAINTS
claim due to damage in transport

Before accepting a package from the courier should check whether the packaging is not damaged in transit. If the package is damaged shipment must not accept the consignment in the presence of the courier draw up a damage report and contact the seller as soon as possible to resolve the matter. Checking the package on delivery is a prerequisite to take account of any customer claims for damage or robbery in transportation.
